drinking water project in the works for Tarpon Springs could dump nearly 3 million of gallons a day of salt-laden wastewater into the Anclote River in Pasco County. The Department of Environmental Protection issued a draft permit for the project on Thursday. The draft will be open to public comment for the next month.
