Pulaski Takes Title for Oswego Countys Best-Tasting Drinking Water
The Village of Pulaski won the title for the best-tasting drinking water in Oswego County and came in second for the Central New York region in two recent competitions. Several municipal water districts took part in Oswego Countys 20th annual drinking water contest during the Fulton Memorial Day celebration.
